This is my Year of Jubilee—a time of freedom, joy, and restoration (yep, straight from the Bible!), and I’m stepping into this season with open arms and a full heart. When I launched this site, I knew I didn’t want anything too polished or corporate. I wanted something that felt like me where I am in life—playful and not too serious. Life is already serious enough! And with a new last name (hello, Mrs. McMichael!), it felt like the perfect time to embrace this next chapter. People said, “Brandi! You’ll always be B.Shigley!” And that’s true. But my brand has always been my heart—and that’s coming with me no matter what name I use. 💖

These days, life looks like emceeing meaningful events, helping dreamers become doers, and on special occasion, delivering Brandi Grams- singing telegrams to add some sunshine to somebody’s day.

Last night was a huge celebration as the Ballpark General Improvement District kicked off with the launch of the Ballpark Ambassadors! This amazing crew is dedicated to keeping our neighborhood safe and beautiful. It’s been incredible to witness these positive changes, and I’m so excited to be part of them! As the social media gal for @ballparkgid, I get to capture and share all this goodness. Working, loving, and playing in this neighborhood is something truly special, and I’m beyond grateful to be a part of it!

What a whirlwind the past 24 hours have been! From our Ballpark Happy Hour to CreativeMornings, and a little celebratory gathering with the Women's Entrepreneurship Day crew—my heart (and calendar) are full! I think it’s time to go underground for a couple of days to recharge. I’m beyond grateful for the opportunity to bring people together—community is truly my happy place! ❣️ A huge thank you to my amazing husband for waking up at 4 AM to brew coffee for CreativeMornings and for being the ultimate sidekick in this adventure called life.
